These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form the agreement between you and Stylist regarding the Stylist mobile app and stylistapp.net (the “App”). By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1.The Service
Stylist is a style assistant that builds a digital wardrobe from photos of your clothes, suggests outfits using AI, attempts to show those outfits on you virtually, and lets you publish posts to a community feed. We may improve, change, or remove features.
2.Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account; tell us if you notice unauthorized use.
3.Subscription, Free Trial, and Cancellation
- Some features require a paid subscription. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
- Where a free trial is offered, your subscription converts to a paid period automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- You cancel through your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are governed by the refund policies of the store you purchased through (Apple or Google). Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- If you download the App or buy a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, together with these Terms.
4.AI Content and Its Limits
- Outfit suggestions, garment tags, and virtual try-on images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong.
- Try-on images are illustrative only. They do not guarantee a product’s real appearance, size, fit, color, or that it will suit you.
- Suggestions are not professional advice; purchasing decisions are yours.
5.Your Content and the Permission You Grant
- The photos you upload and the outfits you share (“Your Content”) remain yours.
- You grant us a limited permission to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service and produce the features you request.
- If you share an outfit to the feed, your post, username, and any links you add become visible to other users. You can remove a post.
- Upload only photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of another person without their explicit consent.
6.Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Upload someone else’s photos without permission, or generate misleading imagery of another person.
- Upload or share sexual, nude, violent, hateful, harassing, or unlawful content.
- Share content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
- Manipulate likes, super-likes, or leaderboard rankings using fake accounts, bots, or automation.
- Reverse-engineer the App, bypass security measures, scrape data, or overload the service.
We may remove content, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules.
7.Feed, Competition, and Leaderboards
- Leaderboards are based on community likes and super-likes and may reset periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Unless we explicitly announce otherwise, rankings carry no promise of a monetary prize; they are reputational.
- If we detect vote manipulation, we may disqualify the post or account from rankings.
- We may remove posts through moderation when they break the rules.
8.Shopping and Affiliate Links
The App may show links to products sold by third parties. Any purchase is made directly with that seller, who is responsible for price, stock, shipping, product suitability, and returns. Some links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission; this does not change the price you pay.
9.Intellectual Property
The App’s software, design, brand, and content (other than Your Content) belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.Availability
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Delays may occur due to AI provider capacity or third-party services.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output, for purchases you make from third-party sellers, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12.Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the App’s settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Closing your account does not by itself cancel a subscription running through a store — you must cancel that in your store settings.
13.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you keep the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence.
